Integrated Design Contracts

Integrated Design Contracts Fastlane Products are designed and manufactured by Integrated Design Ltd.( IDL), as such the core business for IDL is manufacturing and global distribution of Fastlane products.

IDL have been providing a commissioning and installation service for some time in the UK, to a restricted scope of works. However, this is strictly to our standard terms and conditions of sale. We have more recently had customers that wish to place sub-contract orders for products and services against specific contract terms and conditions that cannot reasonably be accommodated by IDL as this conflicts with the core business of product design and manufacture.

Integrated Design (Contracts) Ltd (IDC) has been formed to provide Sub-Contract Installation Services for Fastlane Products in response to requests for the supply and installation of Fastlane product against the Customers Terms and Conditions and/or Sub-Contract terms as conditions, subject to agreement.

The scope of work offered as standard has originated from customers preferred requirements, the installation works requires a minimum level of third party works for system integration support from the Access Control System provider and Fire Alarm System providers and typically cable containment is included with the builders works as part of a main contract. The drilling for fixings may be either provided as part of the builders works or IDC will manage and sub-contract to a specialist diamond drilling contractor.
